Rotary Club of Castlebar

Founded in 1978

The Club’s members are drawn from the local community. One of the club’s founder members, John McHugh, is still actively involved. Over the years, the Club has been very active in supporting local charities through fundraising and providing on the ground support to community projects.

As a club we apply our professional experience and personal commitment to help communities in our town and internationally.

We collaborate with communities locally and internationally who want to get to work on projects that have a real, lasting impact on people’s lives.

Rotary members look for opportunities to improve our communities today and invest in the next generation for tomorrow.
